Gum Utsusemi

Gum Utsusemi are statues that players can morph into or place in front of them for a short time. They can be purchased from the Shop or earned as rewards from Story Mode.

Usage

Utsusemi on their own are, for the most part, purely cosmetic. They can be morphed into by pressing and the player behaves as if they are morphed normally into any other object. Morphing normally and morphing into a Utsusemi will both drain from the same meter. Utsusemi can also be placed in front of the player, serving as a potential distraction but again being purely cosmetic, disappearing upon contact with any player or object. If nothing collides with it, the Utsusemi will eventually disappear after about twenty seconds.

However, Utsusemi can become very useful tools with the help of certain Shinobi Cards. Utsusemi Master gives Ustusemi explosive properties and will cause Gum Damage upon contact with a player, and Parting Utsusemi summons one upon being KO'ed that explodes immediately and deals gum damage.
